Are you an experienced Real Estate Agent looking for more stability and nights and weekends free? The Virginia Corbett Home Team is looking for an industry professional to help us identify and develop candidates who can meet the demands of our growing real estate business. You’ll be responsible for contacting licensed agents and unlicensed candidates, ensuring their abilities align with our high-performance standards, evaluating if they’re a great culture fit for the team, and running the new agent training program. Applicants should be personable and able to balance relationships with multiple candidates at one time. Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and implement all phases of the recruitment, onboarding and training processes
  • Design and execute an aggressive recruiting campaign using a variety of platforms and methods
  • Conduct initial screening calls with prospective candidates, communicating the career opportunity, the benefits of working for our team and clearly articulating the company mission, vision and values
  • Set up a process for vetting new candidates that is scalable and ensures each candidate meets our criteria
  • Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their application to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private
  • Post job openings to all major job boards and social media in order to bring in a steady stream of strong applicants
  • Take ownership of the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress, and following up with candidates who are not selected
  • Conduct weekly “career day” presentations for unlicensed candidates
  • Partner with Director of Operations and CEO to design and run an effective onboarding/training/mentorship program to ensure new agents are trained as quickly and effectively as possible.
  • Attend local networking events to meet and engage with potential recruits
  • Recruit and Onboard 4-10 candidates/month
  • Monitoring agent’s lead follow up and conversion

Qualifications

  • Strong presentation skills and comfortable making cold calls
  • Experience in onboarding and training staff
  • Tech-savvy, experience with CRMs, Gsuite, Social Media
  • Must be licensed Real Estate agent or willing to go through the licensing course within the first 30 days of hire.
  • Superb time management, organizational and communication skills
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
  • Flexible, detailed, team-oriented and committed to having a good time while doing a great job
  • Ability to create and implement new recruiting strategies and programs
  • Skilled at posting job openings online using a variety of tools and services including Indeed, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  • Available Monday-Friday in our Fishkill office and occasional evening or weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
